The meeting will be held February 15-19 in San Diego, CA. February – Article accepted in Clinical Oral Implants ResearchThe article "The biological response to three different nanostructures applied on smooth implant surfaces" has been accepted to the journal Clinical Oral Implant Research. The article is written by the Promimic researchers Karin Breding and dr. Fredrik Currie, together with among others dr. Ryo Jimbo and professor Ann Wennerberg at Malmö Högskola. January – 510(k) clearanceThe HAnano Surface™ has received 510(k) approval by the FDA (American Food and Drug Administration). The approval applies to the area of dental implants. - FDA clearance for the HAnano Surface™ is an important milestone for Promimic. We are now ready to move forward with the commercialization process of the surface, says Ulf Brogren, CEO of Promimic. We had two fantastic shows, with lots of traffic around our booth and we are very glad to get this much attention. - The support from GöteborgBIO and Sahlgrenska Science Park is crucial for us and makes it possible to do the first study on patients already this year. The study will be a milestone in the development of Promimic and will speed up the commercialization of our products.
